We are excited to share some details about our venue. Our main ballroom is stunning, featuring a beautiful wooden dance floor, a fireplace on one side, and panoramic views overlooking the golf course on the other. The ballroom can accommodate up to 200 guests, with 170 guests being the most comfortable capacity for a wedding.
All wedding ceremonies and receptions include a five-hour rental period, from start to finish. Additional time may be added for $200 per hour.
Ballroom Rental Pricing:
Full Ballroom with Patio: $2,000
Half Ballroom: $700 (available for parties of 60 guests or fewer; patio access is not included unless rented separately)
Your Room Rental Includes:
Event Director to oversee your wedding day
Event staff
Table linens and napkins, with your choice of one or two napkin colors
On-site parking
Dressing rooms for the bridal party and groomsmen
All necessary glassware, silverware, and plates
Dance floor
Room setup and cleanup
Use of the golf course and grounds for photography
Five-hour rental period, including both ceremony and reception
One-hour rehearsal (subject to Snow Hill’s availability)
One complimentary round of golf for the groom on the day of the wedding
Catering
We offer a full catering menu, which is attached for your review. Snow Hill provides all food catering, apart from desserts.
We also offer several fun add-ons for an added fee, including:
Popcorn bar
Outdoor s’mores bar and fire pit
Fireworks
Sparkler exit
Overnight Accommodations
Snow Hill also operates as an inn, with five guest rooms available upstairs. These are perfect for out-of-town guests or anyone who would like to stay at the venue on the night of the wedding.
Rooms are $130 per night plus tax and include breakfast the following morning.
